Very good diner in the heart of the Poconos. Good food and friendly service make this a fine choice if you are in the area. I had the French toast, which was really good, and my daughter had a good scrambled egg combo, which she loved, and my wife had a BLT. Place is very big with a huge parking lot.

Triplets is a Stroudsburg staple! I definitely recommend stopping in while you re there, they make you feel like family and the food is superb! My favorite dish is the Pasta Carbonara

It is sad to have to work in an uncomfortable team environment, and customers can sense the tension. My older parents love going to Triplets. But this evening, when they asked for their favorite waitress, we were << she wasnt on, and were seated in a different part of the restaurant . That same waitress saw them, said she IS working, and offered to be their server to please them. Later, she was concerned about upsetting her boss or coworkers by taking a table out of her zone, and trying to please her frequent customers. She is a lovely, courteous and efficient waitress. The food is tasty; portions generous. It is just a shame if the waitresses are subjected to coworker politics as well as waiting on customers!

My first time being here nice, cozy little spot took my friend, and her son. Very polite waitresses, people, the food, was amazing very well done to are satisfied. As you can see by the picture it was breakfast! Eggs, toast, scrapple, egg sandwich, ham, Mozzarella sticks!!
